The consultation, organised.
Record the consultation on your phone, add the client's files, and review a draft file note where every line points to its source. Anvox organises; the lawyer decides.

Ask for the change-of-address notice, if one was sent. Not from the consultation.
How it works
-
Record, with consent
The client hears the consent script and agrees before anything is recorded. Your phone keeps recording even if the connection drops.
-
Review the draft
Tick the client's files you want included. Every line of the draft links to the moment in the recording or the page it came from, and anything that isn't in the sources is marked Suggested.
-
Make the case file
Edit, then approve it section by section. Approved text never changes on its own. Related legislation is shown for you to check, never as advice.
Who it's for
Small Australian law firms, starting with migration and family law. It's for the solicitor who runs four consultations a day and writes each one up afterwards, and for the principal who has to tell clients and insurers where that material goes.
Where your data is
Recordings, transcripts, files and case files are stored in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). The services that process them are pinned to Australian regions.
| What | Service | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Your firm's records | Database, file storage and backups (Supabase, Amazon S3) | Sydney |
| The application | Vercel, with Sydney functions | Sydney |
| Transcription | Deepgram, through its Australian endpoint | Australia |
| Drafting | Anthropic's Claude on Amazon Bedrock, Australia-only profile | Sydney and Melbourne |
| Amazon SES | Sydney |
Client content is never used to train models. The transcription and drafting services keep none of it once processing is done.
Security
- Firms are isolated by the database
- Every record carries its firm, and the database itself refuses access across firms, so a bug in the application can't show one firm another's data.
- Two-step sign-in for every account
- Owners, solicitors and staff all sign in with a password and an authenticator app. There is no switch to turn it off.
- Consent before recording
- Recording can't start until the client's consent is recorded. If the client withdraws it, the audio is deleted straight away.
- The lawyer approves every line
- Nothing leaves Anvox until a solicitor has approved each section of the case file.
- No standing access for Anvox staff
- Support access is time-limited, needs your firm's consent except in a security incident, and appears in your firm's own audit log.
Anvox has no third-party certification yet; we don't claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Our security document, written for principals, IT advisers and insurers, is available on request.
